General refurbishment is a broad and rather vague term but to be honest we can’t think of a better one for the multitude of works and situations it covers!
Refurbishment is the redecoration or refurbishment of something especially a building.
Alternatively, it could mean a garage refurbishment, a two story project or even the complete redecoration of a luxury home.
